How does the square footage calculation work?
Each roof plane's flat area is multiplied by a pitch factor (e.g. 6/12 = 1.118x). A waste factor — default 10%, adjustable — is applied to give the total adjusted square footage and roofing squares needed.
How is DraftRoof different from enterprise roof measurement tools?
